Delivery Timeline

• Delivery takes place within 72 hours from the date of ordering.
• Delivery takes place within 14 business days for remote areas.

Shipping Costs

• For orders weighing 0 - 5 kg:
  • If the total invoice is AED 100 or more (after discounts): Shipping is free.
  • If the total invoice is less than AED 100: AED 20 shipping fee.
  • If the weight exceeds 5 kg: AED 3 per kg up to 20 kg.
• For orders weighing 5 - 20 kg:
  • If the total invoice is AED 300 or more: Shipping is free.
  • If the invoice is less than AED 300:
    • AED 20 for the first 5 kg
    • + AED 3 per kg above 5 kg (up to 20 kg)
• For individual products over 20 kg: Shipping is included in the product price.

Shipping Limitations

• Shipping is not available for products over 20 kg (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines) to remote areas outside the emirate's major cities.

• If the return is due to our error: Shipping is free.
• If the return is due to customer error: The customer bears the shipping cost.
